A 10-week immersive hacker residency to explore and augment the human condition. Co-organized in San Francisco — 7 creative technologists lived together for 2.5 months to build augmentation tech across AI, BCI, wearables, XR, and no-tech / low-tech tools.

I co-organized the Augmentation Residency, a transformative, fully-funded residency program in San Fransisco. Together with 7 other creative technologists, we lived together for 2.5 months to build augmentation technologies, ranging from AI, BCI, wearables, XR, to no-tech/low-tech tools and spiritual practices.
Our principles:
Technology is inseparable from practice. To develop augmentation technology is to develop the practices that humans engage in their lives. The tech development process should be human-centered, integrating science, art, storytelling, and creative practices. We believe in integrating the technology we build into our own lives.
